We deal in quality experiences, concentrating on you and what would be best for you. We do not send you on package trips or cookie cutter itineraries, everything is created from scratch with no two trips being identical. We work very closely with you looking to build up a relationship that allows us to design everything around your unique tastes and preferences. In order to maintain this attention to detail and personalised service, we work with a limited number of clients at any one time.
We will work morning, afternoon and night to ensure that not only do we create an experience that you will love, but also that once you are travelling everything runs as smoothly as it possibly can. One of the beauties of travel is that it is a dynamic experience, constantly changing and surprising you with often amazing results. However, occasionally things can go wrong; volcanoes erupt, flights are cancelled, lodges burn down. In these situations, we are always just a phone call away and will drop everything to get your trip back on track. In less urgent situations, we are still always on hand to recommend a restaurant or help you out with last minute changes or bookings.
