Get stuck into Cape Town!

Shark Cage Dive

£150

The Cape Town oceans are pretty well known for their predators, namely the Great White Shark. A couple hours out of Cape Town city lies the aptly named ‘Shark Alley’ with one of the highest concentrations of Great White Sharks in the world. This is partly due to the huge amounts of Cape Fur Seals in the area and so provides a pretty dramatic setting for submerging yourself into an underwater cage to watch the set of huge jaws swerving in and out of your view.

Wine Tasting

An activity that technically should go hand in hand with high cultured palates and delicate cuisine is always an incredibly amusing day out from Cape Town. As you meander your way through various wine farms that are set amongst majestic mountains and rolling vineyards you get to taste some world class wines and cheeses which just keep tasting even better and better as the day goes on.

Table Mountain

A trip to Cape Town wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the top of the great table. The best way to do it is to climb straight up the front of it as you get a chance to properly soak up the awesome views across the bay of Cape Town. Mzoli’s on a Sunday

This institutional butchery is set in the midst of a buzzing township and has become a firm favourite spot for all cultures and lifestyles of Capetonians.

Cape Point

If you are interested in spending a relaxing day purely soaking up incredible scenery and views a trip around the peninsula down to Cape Point is for you. You can stand right on the south westerly tip of the African continent and feel that sea spry in your face. On the route down there is a stop off at the penguin colony on Boulders beach as well a s a drive along the world famous Chapman’s Peak for some of the most dramatic views.

Sunset Boat Cruise
