We don't have call centres or templates to email out to you. Everything we do and create is done from scratch with love. We will work with you to design the best possible experience we can. We do not charge any booking or admin fees and we do not put any mark-ups on any of our bookings. We make our money by having good relationships with our suppliers and receiving commission from them. You should find that our quotes are at the very most equal to any prices that you will receive by booking directly yourself. If we are doing everything right, we should be providing you with a trip at a lower price than anyone else can give it to you and doing it with a lot more personal service!
We know our lodges and suppliers well. When we recommend somewhere, we will give you honest, first hand opinions about why we think it would suite you.
We do a lot of foreign exchange transactions and therefore get better than average rates so in all likelihood, the cost of you paying us in pounds will work out even cheaper than you paying the lodge in local currency through your credit card company.
The price we charge you on our quotes is guaranteed so any fluctuation in exchange rates will not affect you. We take the full risk of any changes in rates between your booking and departure dates.
We (and therefore you) are covered by a Total Payment Protection Plan (TOPP Policy). This is the equivalent of being fully bonded and means that any payments that you make to us are fully insured in case us or any of our suppliers should go out of business.
